Please see the information below regarding changes to PowerSchool, effective Thursday, July 18, 2019:
New Reports
- Future Student Schedule - Without Teacher Names - This report will show student schedule information from PowerScheduler. However, teacher names will not be included. To access this report, select one or more students, select Print Reports from the functions menu or select Print A Report when viewing an individual student, then select the report from the menu.
- Student Schedule - Without Teacher Names - This report will show student schedule information from the "live" side in PowerSchool. However, teacher names will not be included. To access this report, select one or more students, select Print Reports from the functions menu or select Print A Report when viewing an individual student, then select the report from the menu.
Updated Report
- English Learner Chart - This report has been updated to include ELPAC performance levels. To run this report select System Reports, select the SDUSD tab, and then select English Learner Chart.
Other changes
- An informational message will be added to PowerSchool to remind users that PowerSchool will be unavailable for maintenance this Summer. This message will appear at the bottom of most pages in PowerSchool Administrator, PowerTeacher, and the Parent/Student Portal. This message will be removed once maintenance is complete.
