The student password reset process had a problem for the schools listed below. If your school was processed last night, please WAIT before distributing new student passwords. Your school will receive a second email, once passwords have been reset this morning. Once your school receives the second email, you may distribute the new passwords. The IT Division is working on re-processing the impacted schools now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
IT trainers have prepared job aids to support school staffs in generating password handouts and rosters in PowerSchool and for elementary and secondary teachers in generating a handout/roster from Power Teacher.
IMPORTANT: The school cluster schedule can be found here. Type (Ctrl + F) to find your school and date to run the password handouts/roster. Do Not generate these handouts/rosters unless the complete column displays “Yes.”
