Below is information on the Commit process for all Secondary and K-8 sites that are using PowerScheduler. Please review the information carefully and note this only applies to secondary schools.
Beginning Monday, July 31, 2023, through Wednesday, August 16, 2023, the IT department will commit all teacher and student schedules from PowerScheduler to the "live side" in PowerSchool. The commit process is for all secondary schools, including K-8, and it does not apply to elementary schools.
- Because the commit process is done separately for each school, only a limited number of schools can be committed each day. Upon receipt of this email, review with your administrator the best day to schedule your school's commit, then use the 2023-24 Commit Questionnaire to submit your first and second commit date choices.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your commit date is scheduled. Please review the Commit Process for Secondary and K-8 Schools job aid to complete all pre-commit tasks.
