New Reports/Features

• District Exit Page enhancement: This page now includes a display of school enrollment history at the bottom of the page.

• Student Banner copy feature: The student page layout now includes a copy feature to easily copy a student’s last name, first name, grade level, class of, and enrollment status to save it onto your clipboard and paste it elsewhere. 

• PowerSchool Announcement applications link: This new page will be dedicated to share announcements, maintenance notifications, and important reminders. To access this link, refer to the Applications icon on the left.

• SSID Labels (Avery 5160): From the Start Page, make your student selection, navigate to the People icon and select Students, then select Print Mailing Labels. 

• SSID Student Photo Labels (Avery 5163): From the Start Page, make your student selection, navigate to the People icon and select Students, then select Print a Student Report.

• Master Course Schedule: The Show Preferences link at the bottom of the page has been moved to a button at the top right of the page. The Master Course Schedule List now includes number.section and student links to quickly access the Edit Section and Class Roster pages.

Other Changes

• Next Year Edgenuity Course Requests: Now located on the sqlReports page under the group of PowerScheduler reports.

• Possible Invalid Classes From Another School: Now located on the sqlReports page under the group of PowerScheduler reports.

• Student Assignment Cards (Power Cards): Now located on the sqlReports page under the group of PowerScheduler reports.

• New/updated Handbooks: Two of our handbooks have been updated and are now available with a new version. To find these handbooks and other PowerSchool Resources, click the Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page under SDUSD Power School Resources.

• PowerScheduler for Elementary Schools (v2.1)

• Extended Day (v5.0)
