During this time IT will process the commits for schools using PowerScheduler, and create school enrollments for all Summer/ESY tagged students. Please refer to the job-aid, Summer School/ESY Registration Process, for the details on the process, timeline, screens, and reports.

On Monday, June 10, 2019, the Summer School environment will again be available. A list of important items is provided below:

  • All previously tagged Summer/ESY students will be active and enrolled at the assigned school.
  • PowerScheduler is no longer available. Master schedule changes and student scheduling will now be done on the live side.
  • Schools will have the ability to enroll students in the Summer School environment
  • Access to Student Transfer will now be available
  • Summer School/ESY students missing Enrollments - This error report lists all students who are tagged for Summer School/ESY but are not yet enrolled.
