Summer School and ESY Registration 2026-27
Effective Tuesday, January 20, 2026, registration for the Summer School program will open in PowerSchool.
This year’s summer program has a few changes to how students are registered. Please read this message in its entirety.
High School Summer School Registration

Summer School registration is available for high school students. Please note that online instruction will not be offered. All high school students attending summer school must be tagged in PowerSchool by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
High School students not tagged on or before March 27 must be manually enrolled and scheduled in PowerSchool Summer beginning on May 18. For a detailed timeline and directions for registering students, refer to the Summer School/ESY Registration Process handbook.
ESY Registration and Assignments

ESY school assignments for eligible students will be managed by the Extended Learning Opportunities Department. Case Managers must complete the ESY registration page, beginning on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
TK-6 Summer Enrollment

The district will offer a total of 30 days of summer programming for all currently enrolled TK-6 students who apply during the summer enrollment window: Monday, March 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. through Friday, March 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Summer School registration for students in grades TK-6 will be available through TransAct. Please work with district families to ensure their student’s PowerSchool account is current with the primary contact’s email and cell phone number. Families of currently enrolled TK-6 students will receive an email and text notification sent to the primary contact information on file beginning Monday, March 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
The ELO office will hold office hours for staff every Wednesday from 1:30– 2:00 p.m., beginning Wednesday, Jan. 21 through May 27, 2026.

Summer School Training
All staff members responsible for Summer School setup or maintenance should attend Summer School training.

Setup sessions are for current HOST School Staff responsible for setting up the Summer School schedule.

Maintenance sessions are for staff HIRED to maintain the Summer School database.
