The PowerSchool Summer environment will be available starting Monday, April 6, 2026, for host sites to begin scheduling tasks for the upcoming summer program.

PowerSchool Summer: Includes every high school registration, regular summer academic enrollments for TK-6, plus students eligible for ESY including ECSE.

Key reminders and system access:

PowerSchool Summer Environment

  • View-Only Access: Summer and ESY registration screens are currently "View-Only."

  • Student Status: All students remain inactive until Monday, May 18, 2026.

  • Important: To identify tagged students, run the Summer School Student List - SS report (sqlReports > Summer School group).

  • Scheduling: PowerScheduler is open for secondary schools to begin building summer schedules.

  • Enrollments: IT will automatically create school enrollments based on summer school assignments in PowerSchool. Enrollment and district transfers are disabled until May 18, 2026.

PowerSchool Production

  • Access Link: https://powerschool.sandi.net/admin

  • Summer Registration: The registration closed on March 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM. (Students not tagged by this time must be manually enrolled starting May 18).

  • Instructions for High School Counselors, registration process from April 6 - May 18:

  •  Students/Counselor completes the High School Application

  •  Print the transcript; highlight any failed classes in YELLOW.

  •  Email the application and transcript to the High School Host Site Contact.

  •  Currently, new courses cannot be added. Approval is required for courses not listed.

  • ESY Registration: Continues through May 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Contact Theresa Aviles ([email protected]) for placement, enrollment, and transportation questions.

  • Syncing: A nightly process will sync ESY registration and assignments to the summer environment until May 14.
