We are excited to announce an enhancement in PowerSchool to better support our Dual Language programs at elementary schools. A new student alert has been added for students enrolled in Dual Language courses. This alert will help school sites quickly identify these students for enrollment checks, staffing, and allocation decisions.
Key Details:

The alert will display for students scheduled in Dual Language courses during the current school year.

It will only appear in PowerSchool Administrator and under the Student Information pages of PowerTeacher.

The alert will show a message when hovered over, such as “Dual Language Learner.”
New Report:

Students Taking Dual Language Classes: This report lists students actively enrolled and scheduled into Dual Language Courses. To run the report, select sqlReports from the Start Page left-side menu, then expand the Scheduling group to find this report.
