Effective Monday, March 2, 2026, the Online Student Enrollment will open for the 2026-27 school year. Please review the following information and share with all staff at your school site who manage enrollments.
The 2026-27 Online Student Enrollment is for:
- Transitional Kindergarten (TK) registration.
- Enrollment for new students in neighborhood K-12 schools.
- Re-enrollment for students returning to the district from a different school system, such as charter, private, homeschool, or out-of-state.
- Enrollment for new students who have been offered and have accepted seats through School Choice.
- Enrollment for new out-of-district families accepted via School Choice.

Document Submission and Staff Access
Parents and guardians may upload required documentation—such as Proof of Residency, Birth Certificates, and Immunizations—prior to submitting the online enrollment. Once a registration is submitted, all information and documents are available to staff through the student’s registration record. Staff with InfoSnap permissions in PowerSchool will receive email alerts when new enrollments are submitted.
Note: Enrollment clerks will not have access to online student enrollments until March 10, once training sessions have begun. Please ensure to register and attend the student enrollment series trainings.
Processing Enrollments: Workspace Access
Staff must regularly monitor the Online Student Enrollment workspace for the correct school year to ensure timely processing in PowerSchool. To access, go to the PowerSchool Applications and select the InfoSnap Enrollment Portal. Workspaces are labeled by Academic Year:
- Online Student Enrollment (2026-2027)
- Online Student Enrollment (2025-2026)
