Effective Saturday, March 15, 2025, the Online Student Enrollment will open for the 2025-26 school year. A list of changes and important information is outlined below; please share this communication with other relevant staff at your site.
New and Important information for the 2025-26 Online Student Enrollment:

Families of returning “Inactive” students can use this form.

Families of rising Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students will use this form to enroll. This applies to new enrollments, current active preschoolers, and inactive students who meet the TK age requirements.

The online enrollment process continues to be available for families new to the district.

Home Language Survey integration for new district enrollments and TK.
The online student enrollment is exclusively for families enrolling at their school of residence. It applies only to schools within an enrollment boundary. Dedicated Magnet schools, Atypical, and Charter schools are not eligible to use the online enrollment form.
Parents can upload required documents, such as Proof of Residency, Birth Certificates, and Immunizations, before submitting their online registration. The registration information and uploaded documents will be accessible to school staff through each student's registration submission. School staff with InfoSnap Online Student Enrollment permission roles in PowerSchool will receive email notifications when a parent submits an enrollment online.
It is important for staff to regularly check the Online Student Enrollment workspace for the appropriate school year to ensure these enrollments are processed into PowerSchool. To access the enrollment workspace for the current and upcoming year, Select the PowerSchool Applications tray and click on the InfoSnap Enrollment Portal. Please note that the online enrollment form for the current year will retain the title "New Student Enrollment" for the remainder of this school year. The workspaces are named as follows:
