Changes to Standards Pages in PowerSchool

Effective Monday, November 9, 2020, the following changes will be applied to PowerSchool:

Quick Lookup Page, in PowerSchool Administrator and PowerTeacher – Changes will be applied to the Standards Grades tab of the quick lookup page. The tab will now be accessible regardless of whether the student has standards graded in the selected year, and will default to the new Standards page instead of the Classic View of this page.

Grades and Attendance Page, in PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal – Changes will be applied to the Standards Grades tab of the Grades and Attendance page. The tab will now be accessible regardless of whether the student has standards graded in the current year, and will default to the new Standards page instead of the Classic View of this page.

Standards Grades tab, in PowerSchool Administrator, PowerTeacher, and Parent/Student Portal – The Standards Grades tab will now include a checkbox to view standards descriptions. The graded standards can be clicked to reveal additional information about the standard. Please note, users can also view standards from prior years by changing the year menu near the top of the page.

Standards Grades tab, in PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal – The Standards Grades tab will now show a legend, similar to the Elementary Student Progress Report, and has the ability to show ungraded standards as well.
